Carol Ann Ullrich Follenius

Carol Ann Ullrich Follenius, 62, died Friday, Oct. 13, 2006, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. The funeral will be Monday at 8 p.m. at Davidson Funeral Home-Hickory Tree Chapel by Father Albert J. Gondek. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Evergreen Cemetery in Brooklyn, N.Y. Mrs. Follenius was born Jan. 1, 1944, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Thomas Ullrich and Maryann McGovern Ullrich. She was retired area sales manager with Belk and a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford A. Follenius, and a son, Clifford L. Follenius. Surviving are a son, Daniel Follenius and his wife, Lanett, of Tyro; and a grandson, Clifford D. Follenius of Tyro. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to donor's choice.
