Caroline Curry Owens

Caroline Curry Owens, 82, of East Holly Grove Road, died Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at her home after declining health of one year. A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 2010, at Holly Grove Lutheran Church Cemetery with the Rev. John Mocko officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2010, at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel. Mrs. Owens was born September 28, 1927, in Davidson County, to Raymond Curry and Margaret Adkins Curry. She was a homemaker and member of Holly Grove Lutheran Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Basil Leroy Owens. Surviving are aunts, Margaret Curry Hedrick and Euzelia Johnson, both of Lexington; and several cousins.
