Carolyn March James

Carolyn March James, 80, of Lexington NC, passed away December 8, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Good Hope Methodist Church, 10253 Hampton Rd. Lexington, with Pastor Ashlee Decker officiating.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 9, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Davidson Funeral Home- Hickory Tree.

Carolyn was born July 28, 1945, in Forsyth County NC to the late James Harold and Margaret Wyatt March. She was employed with Wachovia Bank in the International Department’s Standing & Letter of Credit Department. She was a member of Good Hope Methodist Church. Carolyn was a woman of unwavering faith whose life reflected God’s love. Her deep and abiding faith in Jesus guided every action and decision. Carolyn loved her family and her church family. Her grandchildren were the lights of her world, she loved each of them endlessly and could always be found on the sidelines cheering them on.

Left to cherish her loving memories are her husband of 55 years, Mark James; her son, Michael and Suzie James; her daughters, Margaret and Dennis Rabon and Myra and Butch Taylor; her brother, Jim and Debbie March; her sister, Wanda Schock; and 4 grandchildren; Sarah Foster (Quin), Brett Rabon (Samara), Kyle James, and Landon James; and very special friend, Claire Harris.
