Carroll Applebee

Carroll Irving Applebee, 74 of Carolina Acres in Lexington, died Sunday June 3, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Thursday June 7, 2018 at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington chapel with Rev. Sammy Allison officiating services. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Wednesday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home of the daughter on Holly Grove Road.   Mr Applebee was born August 12, 1943, in Grafton County New Hampshire to George Applebee and Edna Bennett Applebee. He was retired from Auto Truck and was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are two daughters; Allison Lindsey and husband Keith of Lexington and Malissa Vaughn and husband Brett of Biloxi, Mississippi; one brother, Vincent Applebee of Denton; two sisters, Ruby Davison of Pelhem, North Carolina and Rose Socha and husband, Tony, of Connecticut and several special friends, nephews and nieces.
