Catalino Perez

Catalino Perez, 77, departed this world on August 28, 2025, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Born on December 10, 1947, in El Salvador, Catalino lived a life marked by quiet strength and unwavering dedication. Throughout his life, Catalino touched the lives of many with his gentle demeanor and kind heart. He was a hardworking, dedicated textile worker for the majority of his life, and it is evident that he approached all aspects of his life with integrity and a sense of purpose.

Preceding him in death include his parents Simeon Perez and Rosa DeLeon, and the mother of his children, Teresa Lozano. Surviving are his sons: Junior Perez, Jose Perez (Roseangela), Miguel Perez (Michelle), Jorge Perez, and Carlos Perez, his daughters: Catherine Perez (Jacob) and Delmy Perez (Marcos), his sister Matilde Perez, many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and the mother of his children: Maria Perez and Maide Ramirez.

Catalino's family was the cornerstone of his world, and he cherished the time spent with his loved ones. A graveside service will take place on Friday, September 5th, 2025, starting at 10 AM, at Forsyth Memorial Park. These moments will provide a space for those who knew and loved Catalino to come together and celebrate his life. Catalino's passing leaves a void in the lives of his family and friends, but his spirit will live on in the countless lives he touched.
