Catherine "Cathy" Harmon Boyles

Catherine “Cathy” Harmon Boyles, age 53, of Ridge Road, Lexington went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday afternoon (Oct. 11, 2011) at Hinkle Hospice House.  A Graveside service will be held 11:00 am Saturday (Oct. 15, 2011) at Lexington City Cemetery with Rev. Ken Holmes officiating.   The family will receive friends at Davidson funeral Home from 10:00 until 11:00 am Saturday morning prior to the service.   Cathy was born in Washington County, Va. September 7, 1958 to Dalton Lincoln Harmon and Glenna Sluder Harmon.  She was a self employed child care provider.  She was of the Baptist Faith.   Surviving are;  two sons, Brandon Boyles of Oklahoma and Eric Boyles and wife Nicole of Raleigh mother, Glenna Sluder Wright of Lexington; Father, Dalton Lincoln Harmon of Trinity; five grandchildren; Lauren, Alex, Carly, Dillon and Savannah; her fiancee’, Eddie Tibbs; sisters, Brookie Tucker and husband Richard and Christy Wright both of Lexington; brothers, Dalton Blaine Harmon and wife Crystal of Lake Gaston, VA, David Harmon and wife Glenda of Thomasville and Doug Harmon of Archdale; many loving aunts and uncles from Abington, VA, cousins from Tennessee and several nieces and nephews.   Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
