Chad Matthew Sebastian

Chad Matthew Sebastian, 44, of Frances Lane in Winston Salem, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at his home.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Mr. Sebastian was born in Forsyth County on January 13, 1977 to David Lee Sebastian and Kathie Rosslyn Bovender Sebastian. Chad worked in construction for Old Carolina Preservation and Restoration.  He enjoyed gaming, going to the beach with his friends and was also a football fanatic.  Chad had a special canine companion, a Jack Russell terrier named Molly that he loved very much.  He was preceded in death by his father.

Surviving is his mother of the home.
