Charles Carrick “Bobby” Biesecker, 80, of Gail Lane, died Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at Hinkle Hospice House.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2016, at Second Presbyterian Church, where he was a member, with the Rev. Brian Rummage officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2016, and other times at the home of Tracy Stevenson.
Bobby was born December 29, 1935, in Davidson County, to Charlie Guy Biesecker and Frances Carrick Biesecker. He was a Market Manager for Food Lion. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Addison Biesecker.
Surviving are his loving wife Dorcas Yarbrough Biesecker of the home; daughter, Tamera “Tammy” Biesecker Wall and husband Keith of Winston-Salem; daughter-in-law, Angie Biesecker of Winston-Salem; three grandchildren, Adam Biesecker and wife Megan, Chris Wall and wife Carol, and Patrick Biesecker; seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Jean Brown and husband Lewis of Lexington.
