Charles "Sonny" Faulkner

Born on March 26, 1940, in Davidson County, Sonny was the son of the late Woodrow Faulkner and Mildred Parks Miller. He was raised in the community he would call home throughout his life. Sonny was known for his strong work ethic and spent many years as a dedicated carpenter.

Sonny was a devoted family man who took great pride in his loved ones. He is survived by his daughter, Jenny Faulkner Sinclair (Rob); his cherished grandchildren, Reese Sinclair and John Sinclair III; and his brother, Larry Faulkner.

In addition to his parents, Sonny was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ethel Allen Faulkner; his daughter, Sharon Faulkner; his brother, Allen Faulkner; and his sister, Carol Varnadore.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Bethany Church, with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m.

The family extends their heartfelt thanks to Ashley Lambert for her years of compassionate caregiving to Sonny.
