Charles Willard Hannah

Charles Willard Hannah, 67, of Lexington, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 2, 2025.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.

Charles was born on March 5, 1957 in Haywood County, NC to the late Troy Willard “Jack” Hannah and Ollie Bell Woody Hannah.

Charles worked as a Machinist at Myers Tool and Metals USA for many years before his retirement. He loved collecting all sorts of treasures and enjoyed finding new things to add to his collection. He was a hemp connoisseur. He also loved spending time outside working in the yard. Most of all, he simply loved hanging out with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Roger Rethford, close friend, Catherine Hannah, and a sister, Peggy Hannah.

Those left to cherish his memory include three children, Crystal Hannah, Joshua Hannah (Nicole), and Reneé Hannah; brother, Paul (Sharon) Hannah; five grandchildren, Jessica, Chloe, Lilly, Hunter; Mason; close friend, Sue Hannah; and numerous extended family and friends who will all miss him dearly.
