Charles Ingold

Charles Ingold age 82, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2020 at home with family by his side.

The funeral service will be 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at Parklawn Memorial Mausoleum with Rev. Doug McGee officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mausoleum.

Mr. Charles will Lie In State; Monday from 1 pm to 4 pm at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Road, Winston Salem, NC.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic mask and social distance are requested.

Mr. Ingold was born January 13, 1938 in Durham County to James Ingold Jr. and Rachel York Ingold. Charles attended House of Hope and retired from Davidson County Health Dept. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife; Lassie Mae Ingold and Brother Jimmy Ingold.

Surviving are his son; Steve Ingold (Melinda), daughters Sheila Reaves (Barry) and Allison Ellis (Rick). One sister; Alice Stack, two grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Mr. Charles’ family would like to say a very special thank you to his care giver- Sharon Whited and family for their deep care and say that “Cha Cha” loved yall.
