Charles Thomas Mclain

Charles Thomas McLain, age 61 of Fairfield Court, Thomasville passed away Tuesday evening February 14, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center. Funeral service will be held 4:00 Pm Saturday February 18, 2017 in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Friday. Charles was born in Scotland County, NC on December 13, 1955 to John Albert McLain and Peggy Rose Lewellen McLain. He was a Merchandise Specialist with Ingles Grocery Store and of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, John McLain. Surviving are his wife, Debra Owens McLain of the home; special daughters, Janet Tussey (Jeff), Kendra Walters (H.J.), Tiffany Swicegood (Randy) and Brandi Brinkley (Jeremy) all of Lexington; grandchildren, Haven, Hunter, Journey, Conner, Alex, Zack, Cannon and Mackenzie; great-grandchild, Colstyn; sisters, Betty Chandler, Susan Rister and Cindy Caseley all of Fayetteville,  Gloria Jullian of Newport; brothers, Patrick McLain and Norman McLain both of Fayetteville and Steve McLain of Rocky Mount.
