Charles "Mike" Michael Baker

Charles “Mike” Michael Baker, 52, of West US Highway 64, died Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Wake Forest Baptist Health – Lexington Medical Center. A memorial service will be 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at Freedom Baptist Church with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. The family will receive friends at their home. Mr. Baker was born September 6, 1960, in Davidson County, to Charles L. Baker and Betty McLemore Fowler. He was a welder by trade and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by a sister, Cindy Kerns. Surviving are his loving wife, Millie Miller Baker of the home; mother, Betty McLemore Fowler and stepfather, Gene Fowler, of Linwood; his father, Charles L. Baker of South Carolina; and brothers, Horace Baker of South Carolina and Robert Baker of Georgia, Cecil Fowler, Randy Fowler, and Randall Fowler, all of Lexington
