Charles Mike Morris

Mike Morris, 62 finished his earthly journey after a lengthy health battle for the last six months on Friday, May 19, 2023, at Forsyth Medical Center with family by his side.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, May 22, 2023, at Immanuel New Eden Moravian Church Cemetery with Pastor Cheryl Cottingham officiating.

A visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service from 12 noon till 1:00 pm at Immanuel New Eden Moravian Church Sanctuary.

Mike was born June 9, 1960, in Forsyth County to Charles Danny Morris and Shirley Spry Morris West. Mike was a large sports fan, especially the Tarheels and the Carolina Hurricanes. He is preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Albert Edward West.

Surviving are his sister; Michelle Morris, Aunt Denise Currie (Keith), Uncle Charlie Spry Jr. (Faye), and father, Charles Danny Morris.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Immanuel New Eden Moravian Church, 3680 Old Lexington Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27107.
