Charles Woodrow Perrell

Charles Woodrow Perrell Jr., 74, of Lake Drive #9, died Friday, December 20, 2013, at Alston Brook Nursing Center. A private service will be held. Mr. Perrell was born January 20, 1939, in Davidson County, to Charles Woodrow Perrell sr. and Frances Spencer Perrell. He was a heavy equipment operator for City of Lexington and a member of Reeds Baptist Church. His parents preceded him in death. Surviving are his wife, Joyce Washburn Perrell of the home; daughters, Charla Miller and husband Wesley, and Cherri Moss, both of Lenoir; grandchildren, Matthew Miller, Lauran Miller and Dillon Moss; a friend and loved one, the mother of his children, Carolyn Winkler; and a sister, Linda Swing of Lexington.
