Charlie Lamual Wall

Charlie Lamual Wall, 72, of Hunt Road, died Monday, July 19, 2010, at his home following an extended illness. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at Center Hill Baptist Church, with the Revs. Brian Alexander and Lamar Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home on Hunt Road. Mr. Wall was born June 12, 1938, in Davie County, to Clarence Martin Wall and Pansy Mae Gaither Wall. He was retired from Lexington Furniture Industries. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son, Charlie Wall Jr.; and a sister, Roselean Wall. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Hunt Wall of the home; daughter, Sharon Holt and husband, PeeWee, of Lexington; two grandchildren, Wesley Holt and special friend Nichole Smith, and Dustin Holt; brothers, Sherrill Wall and wife, Frances, of Lexington and Hal Wall and wife, Jenny, of Harmony; and sister, Betty Barney of Advance.
