Chase Allan Miller, 3, of Riverwood Road, died Thursday, September 17, 2009, at Lexington Memorial Hospital.A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday, September 21, 2009 at Forest Hill Memorial Park conducted by the Rev. Dr. Gary Gibson. Chase was born September 21, 2005 to Charles Cecil and Tammie Lynne Miller. In addition to his parents of the home he is survived by his maternal grandmother Lynn Ellis of Texas. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday prior to the service at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel.
