Cheryl Kuykendall

Cheryl Avant Kuykendall, age 65, of Lexington, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2024.

A funeral service to honor Cheryl’s life will be held at 1:00 on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at Victory Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Jeff Mabe. Family and friends are welcome to gather from 11 am until 1 pm prior to the service at the Church to offer their condolences. Following the service, Cheryl will be entombed at Forest Hill Memorial Park.

Born on July 3, 1959, in Green Sea, South Carolina, Cheryl was the beloved daughter of the late Milton Avant and Clara Fowler Avant. She was a cherished member of Victory Baptist Church and the dedicated co-owner of Central Services, where her commitment and hard work left an indelible mark.

Cheryl is survived by her devoted husband, Nathan Kuykendall; her loving daughters, Allison Tuck, husband Michael and Heather Kuykendall; grandson, Parker Tuck; her brother, Kenneth Duane Avant of Horneytown; and a host of other family members and dear friends who will forever treasure her memory. Cheryl is preceded in death by her brother, Milton G. Avant.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pastor's Pantry at PO Box 2051, Lexington, NC 27293.

Cheryl’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering faith will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
