Christine Cabe Fowler

Christine Cabe Fowler, 84 of Linwood, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021 at Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, February 11 ^th at the Forest Hill Memorial Park Chapel officiated by  Revs. Brian Diggs and Rodney Mclean. Burial will follow in the cemetery.

The family will receive friends following the burial.  Covid precautions of social distancing and wearing a face covering will be followed.

Christine was born on December 23, 1936 in Sylva, NC to Grover Ruben Cabe and Odessa Deitz Cabe.  She retired as an inspector for CPP in Mocksville and attended Rooted Alter Ministries in Mocksville.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Frankie Robertson Fowler, Sr.; granddaughter Alyssa Fowler; brothers Ben, Charlie, Jim and Eldon Cabe and sisters Lou Shirley and Mildred Buchanan.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son Frankie Fowler Jr. (Patricia) of Linwood; daughters Sharon Kay Reynolds (Paul) of Lexington; Vickie Diane Morris (Wayne) of Tennessee; brother Andy Cabe (Barbara) of Sylva; sisters Irene Hill (Jimmie) of Southmont, Ruth Cantrell (Kenneth) of Georgia; grandchildren Susan Loveless (Brian), Austin Morris (Jennifer), Ariana Phillips, Melissa Reynolds; great-grandchildren Morgan, Page and Mason Loveless, Braden and Jayce Morris and special friends Brenda Brannon of Georgia and Cathy Poplin of Mocksville.
