Christopher Matthew Douglas 18 passed away Wednesday, February 02/10/2016 from an automobile accident. A celebration of life will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with the Rev. Chip Webb officiating. The family will receive friends 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the funeral home. Chris was born in Forsyth County on September 25, 1997 to Joseph Conrad Douglas and Kristie Manning Douglas. He worked at Marco Pizza and attended Brookstown United Methodist Church. Suriving are his father of Winston-Salem and his mother of the home; grandparents, Kathy & Michael Bowen of Lexington, Rebecca Payne of Lewisville and Donnie Douglas of King and Marcelle Bass of Texas; sisters, Kaitlyn, Makenzie and Chelsea Jo Douglas.
