Clara M. Crissman Bonnett

A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday August 24, 2024, at Paul’s Chapel Evangelical and Reformed Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Aaron Long officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service in the church, and other times at the home.

Clara M. Crissman Bonnett, 88, of Lexington, passed away August 19, 2024, at Abbotts Creek in Lexington. Clara was born on May 18, 1936, to the late Harvey U. Crissman and Alice C. Hallman Crissman. She retired as an inspector from Owens Brockway Glass after 31 years of service. Her passion was her faith, church, family. Clara was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who will be missed by all. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Joe Bonnett who died October 10, 2022, son, Richard Switzer, stepson, Terry Bonnett, step grandchild, Lindsay Bonnett, brothers, Andy Crissman, Floyd Crissman, sister, Sylvia Cuneo.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Tracy Causey and husband Jeff of Lexington, sons, Bobby Joe Hallman (Nancy), Jeffrey Switzer (Linda), both of Lexington, stepson Tim Bonnett (LuAnne) of Clarion, PA. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Kristy Hutchens (Brandon), Kimberly Tate, Sarah Switzer, Elizabeth Arch, Tiffiny Ticonni (Toble), step grandchildren, Nicholas Bonnett (Stacey), Cody Bonnett, Amanda Ortega, Rebecca Farduchi (Sandro) great grandchildren, Justin Goad, Jason Goad, Aubrey Arch, Aiyana Arch, Zack Moser, Kathlyn Tate, Lennon Sasamoto, Presley Ticonni, Brentley Ticonni, step great grandchildren, Jacoby, Abigail, Kelby Bonnett, and Logan Ortega, great great grandson, Jaxxon Goad, step great great grandson, Boone Bonnett.
