Clyde Wilson “Buck” Musgrave Jr., 73, of Kimberly Lane, died Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at his home.
A celebration of his life will be 4 p.m. Saturday, August 3, 2013, at Grace Missionary Alliance Church with Pastor Richard Barker officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3:30 at the church prior to the service and other times at the home.
Mr. Musgrave was born February 9, 1940, in Davidson County, to Clyde Wilson Musgrave, Sr. and Lucille Fritts Musgrave. He was manager of South Lexington Super Market for 30 years and later worked at Ingles Grocery for five years. He loved gardening, playing golf and most of all he loved babysitting his grandchildren. He was an avid Atlanta Braves fan. His parents preceded him in death.
Surviving are his loving wife, Janie Everhart Musgrave of the home; sons, Clyde Musgrave III and wife, Kelly and Scott Musgrave and wife, Brandy, all of Lexington; grandchildren, Trevor, Devon, Jack and Madison; and sisters, Gale Lanning and husband Don, Kay Timberlake and husband Bob all of Lexington and Meg Hinson and husband David of Charlotte.
