Clyde William Tate, Iii

Clyde William Tate, III age 21 passed away Wednesday night, May 11, 2016 following a motorcycle accident. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel. A visitation will be held at the funeral home, Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM. Clyde was born in Fredericksburg, VA on May 20, 1994 to Clyde William Tate, Jr. and Nadeana Jean Thomas Tate. He worked at J P Industrial and was a graduate of North Davidson High School. Surviving are his parents, Clyde Tate, Jr. of Winston-Salem, his mother Nadeana Thomas Tate of Lexington; a brother, Bailey Dean Tate of Winston-Salem; grandparents, Clyde William Tate, Sr. & Iris Henderson Tate of Chatham, VA, Carroll Dean Thomas & Margaret Lillian Thomas of Statesville, GA. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 and Shriners Hospital for Crippled & Burned Children, Oasis Shrine Temple, P. O.
