Clyo E Long

  Clyo Elizabeth Long age 94 passed away Thursday May 10, 2018 at K B Reynolds Hospice Home.  A graveside service will be 11: am Monday May 14, 2018 at Midway United Methodist Cemetery where she was a member conducted by Pastor Chuck Ireson, followed by burial.   Clyo was born February 11, 1924 in Davidson County to John Lee Myers and Effie Mae Leonard Myers. She was a Unit Secretary at Forsyth Hospital. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Robert Harding Long, brother Robert Lee Myers, wife (Maxine), sisters Irene Yates, husband (Austin), Kaola Jarrett, husband (L. R.) all of Thomasville, NC.   Surviving are her nephews Craig Jarrett, Preston Yates (Nancy), John Myers (Shanda), Lindsay Myers, nieces Gail Myers, Rebeca Johnson (Gerald), Bobbie Mock (Alan) and a host of other nephews and nieces.   Memorials may be made to; Midway United Methodist Church, 9795 Old Hwy. 52 South, Lexington, NC 27295.   Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree is assisting the family.     Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
