Cora Ann Hunt Coe

Cora Hunt Coe, age 67 of Michael Alley Lexington passed away Wednesday at Hinkle Hospice House. A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Friday at the House of Hope Cemetery with Rev. Norman Mahan officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter Anita Cartrette, 423 Elwin Circle, Lexington NC from 4:00 until 6:00 PM Friday. Cora was born in Davidson County, October 16, 1946 to Wilson Albert and Nancy Morris Hunt. She was a homemaker and of the Holiness Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Penny Michelle Coe and a brother, Cleveland Hunt. Surviving are; daughters, Anita Coe Cartrette and Charity Hayes both of Lexington; son, Tommy Roger Coe, Jr of Thomasville; 9 grandchildren; sister, Peggy Evon of Arizona; brothers, Harvey, Michael and Darrell Hunt all of Thomasville.
