Cornelia Cynthia Motsinger

Cornelia Cynthia Eller Motsinger, 81, was born on August 28, 1942, to Fletcher Stokes Eller and Josie Stewart Eller.  She peacefully passed away on November 21, 2023. Cornelia, known to many as a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother, will be dearly missed by those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Cornelia dedicated a significant part of her life to her career in Office Administration at Baptist Hospital, where her commitment and hard work left a lasting impact. Her professional journey was marked by excellence and dedication, earning her the respect and admiration of colleagues and friends alike.

A woman of faith, Cornelia was a devoted member of Oak Forest United Methodist Church. Her spiritual journey was a source of strength and guidance, providing her with solace and purpose throughout her life.

Cornelia is preceded in death by her parents, Fletcher Stokes Eller and Josie Stewart Eller, her loving husband, Robert "Bobby" Lee Motsinger, and their son, Steve Motsinger. Although they are no longer with us, their memories live on in the hearts of those who loved them.

She is survived by her son Tim Motsinger and daughter-in-law Mary, her brother Ronnie Eller (Diane), and sister-in-law Nancy McAlpine, as well as her three grandchildren, Taylor Nicole Motsinger, Dustin Lee Motsinger, and Josie Blair Motsinger. Cornelia is also fondly remembered by several great-grandchildren.

A private graveside service will be held in her honor, with Pastors Rick Carter and Dwight Cartner officiating, at Oak Forest United Methodist Church Cemetery

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made in Cornelia's name to Trellis Supportive Care of Stokes County. Your contributions will help support others during challenging times, reflecting Cornelia's compassionate spirit.
