Dale Tysinger

Walter Dale Tysinger, 55, of Old Mountain Road, died Sunday March 16 at his home. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at Freedom Missionary Baptist Church, officiated by Preacher Clyde Akers. Burial will follow at Floyd Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Tysinger was born January 1, 1953 in Davidson County, to Walter Fred Tysinger and Mary Cross Tysinger. He was employed with Kao Specialties Americas, LLC, as an electrician. He attended Freedom Missionary Baptist Church as well as Community Church. Surviving are his wife, Sheila Whitman Tysinger of the home; his son, Brandon Tysinger and wife, Angie, of Welcome; his brother, Eddie Tysinger and wife, Pam, of Lexington and four sisters: Barbara Childress, Grace Tysinger, Carolyn Hardy and husband, Robert, and Margaret Hobbs and husband, Kerry, all of Lexington. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home on Old Mountain Road. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, P.O.
