Dallas Leon Akers

Dallas Akers, 52, of Walnut Grove Road, died Saturday October 23, 2021 at his home.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday October 27, 2021 at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating services.

The family will receive friends following the service.

Mr. Akers was born July 2, 1969 in Galax Virginia to Frank McKinley Akers and
Evangeline Kirby Akers. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Eddy Akers and Donald Akers.

Surviving is three brothers, Terry Akers (Jennifer) of Hillsville Virginia, Jerry Akers and Gary Akers both of Lexington; a sister, Brenda Ballew (Petey) and special nieces and nephews.
