Dameatrice Killian Swing

Dameatrice Lynn Killian Swing, 62, of Wilson Drive in Lexington, passed away Tuesday January 16, 2024 at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Monday January 22, 2024 at the Lexington City Cemetery with Rev. David Robinson.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the graveside service at the Funeral Home.

Mrs. Swing was born April 9, 1961 in Guilford County to George Andrew Killian and Martha Ann Whitehead Spangler. Dameatrice enjoyed traveling and loved her dogs. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Brian Lee Swing; a brother, Charles “Spot” Thompson and a sister, Tonya Owle.

Surviving is her son, Brandon Swing (Dixie) of Southmont; her daughter, Kristen Greer of Lexington; her sister, Pateama Killian Many grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Davidson Funeral Home will be serving the family.
