Danelle “Nell” Craver Carrick, 86, passed away Monday August 31, 2026, at Piedmont Crossing in Thomasville NC.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Friday September 4, 2026, and Reeds Baptist Church with Rev. Henry Watterson officiating services. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

There will be no formal visitation, but friends are invited to view at the church prior to the service.

Mrs. Carrick was born January 17, 1940 in Davidson County to Daniel Fritz Craver and Mildred Mills Craver. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Bruce McCarn and her second husband Kermit Carrick; and two sisters, Pam Everhart and Jackie Maphis.

Surviving is a son, Danny McCarn (Tisha) of Lexington; her daughter, Kim Kindley (Gary) of Lexington and two sisters, Clara Leonard (Barry) and Sandy Hobbs (Dane) both of Lexington.
