Daniel Eugene Freedle

Daniel Eugene Freedle, 63, of Crabapple Way, died Sunday, July 2, 2017, at his home.  A graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2017, at Reedy Creek Church of Christ with the Rev. Jerry Williams officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 to 2 p.m. at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.  Mr. Freedle was born July 22, 1953, in Davidson County, to Coston Jones Freedle Sr. and Beulah Dunaway Freedle. He owned and operated Freedle Masonry, was a member of Reedy Creek Church of Christ, and was an amazing racecar driver at Bowman Gray where he had raced for many years.  Surviving are his loving wife Lucille Shaw Freedle of Lexington; sons, Marty Freedle (Jennifer) and Ricky Freedle (Heather), all of Lexington; grandchildren, Rocky, Anthony, Cheyenne, and Kelly; brothers, Coston Jones Freedle Jr. (Nelva), Henry Carlton Freedle (Peggy), and Odell Dyson Freedle (Terri), all of Lexington; and sister, Janie Freedle Fowler (Chris) of Lexington.
