Daniel Keith Welch

Daniel Keith Welch 61 passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at Hinkle Hospice House. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, September 19, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with Rev. Mitch Wilson and Rev. Eddie Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Daniel was born in Forsyth County on September 28, 1954 to Jay Van and Natalie Jay Frazier Welch. He had worked at Vestal Pontiac. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Rodney Welch. Surviving is his brother, Arthur Welch of Walkertown and his four legged son Black Jack.
