Darren Thomas Denton

Darren Thomas Denton, 40, of Confederate Street, died Tuesday, July 25, 2006, at North Carolina Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill. There will be no formal funeral service. Mr. Denton was born in Camden County, N.J., to Kenneth David Denton and Anna Capner Denton. He was an employee of Lowe's Thomasville Forest Products. Surviving are his mother, Anna "Nancy" Boyer of the home; his father of Salisbury; three brothers, Kenneth David Denton Jr., Donald Denton and Daniel Denton, all of Salisbury; two sisters, Dolores Denton White and Doris Denton Barger, both of Salisbury; and his stepfather, Daniel Boyer of Lexington. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, and other times at the home.
