David Leonard Beane Iii

David Leonard Beane III, 75 passed away Monday January 30, 2023. A graveside service will be 1:00 pm Friday February 3, 2023, at Parklawn Memorial Gardens conducted by Pastor Mark Harper with military honors by The VFW Memorial Honor Guard. The family will see friends from 11:30am until 12:30 pm prior at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel.

Mr. Beane was born June 14, 1947, in Forsyth County to the late David Leonard Beane Jr. and Minnie Warner Beane.  He retired from The City of Thomasville and honorably served his country in The US Army.  His wife, Barbara Nell Potts Beane preceded him in death.

Surviving are his children: Lisa Ann Beane and David Leonard Beane IV. Stepchildren:   James Jeffery Potts (Dama) and Dickey Wayne Potts (Heather). Grandchildren:  Michael Beane, Kirsten Potts, Tanner Potts and Collin Potts.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church 4111 Friedberg Church Road, Clemmons, NC 27012.
