David King Cecil

David King Cecil, 46, of Wagon Trail Lane in Lexington, passed away Tuesday April 13, 2021.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday April 17, 2021 at Thomasville Church of God in Thomasville North Carolina, with Pastor David Hedrick officiating services.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:00 pm Saturday at the church, and at other times at the home on Wagon Trail Lane.

Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, those planning on attending services are asked to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.

Mr. Cecil was born June 21, 1974 in Davidson County to Joseph King Cecil III and Deborah Jean Everhart Cecil. David was always a handy man, loved fishing and especially cherished spending time with his grandson. He was proceded in death by his parents.

Surviving is a son, Taylor Cecil (Summer) of Lexington; a daughter, Madison Cecil (Jonathan Kuebler) of Wilmington; a sister Jennifer Cecil of Lexington; his grandson Rowan Cecil: two nephews, Lucas Bivens and Noah Bivens and a niece, Ally Bivens.
