David Paul Chapman

David Paul Chapman Sr. age 72 of Clemmons passed away Monday, March 31, 2014 at his home with family by his side.   A memorial service will be held at a later date. No public visitation will be held.   David was born December 1, 1941 in Cabell County WV, to John Paul Chapman and Marguerite Wyantt Chapman. He was retired from US Air Ways and also loved his family with Piedmont Air Lines. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Kenneth Ray Kilgore Jr.   Surviving are his wife of 34 years Jacqueline Thompson Chapman of the home, his sons, David Paul Chapman Jr. of Charlotte, NC, James Robert Kilgore of Ohio, his daughters, Barbara Ann Wallace of Huntington, WV and Donna Sue McGranahan of Ashland, Kentucky, Bonnie Diaz of Florida, Shelly Chapman of Charlotte, NC, his seventeen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.   Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
