David Ervin Franklin

David Ervin Franklin, 65, of Regent Center Circle in Lexington, died Wednesday February 6, 2019 at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Monday February 11, 2019 at Davdison Funeral Home Lexington Chapel with Rev. David Langley officiating services.

Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends 4:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.

Mr Franklin was born June 2, 1953 in Davidson County to Williard Eugene Franklin and Jean Valera Lighfoot McCarthy. David retired from PPG and enjoyed in his spare time, bowling and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Surviving are two sons, Jason Franklin and wife Christy and Lanny Franklin and wife Candace, both of Lexington; one brother, Butch Franklin and wife Donna of Midway; 5 grandchildren, Caitlin, Jewel, Landis, Emma, and Liana.
