David Kimble Grubb

David Kimble Grubb, 76 of Linwood, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at his home.

A graveside service will be held at 4pm on Sunday, May 31 ^st at Linwood United Methodist Church Cemetery with Revs. Charles Lindquist, Jr. and Renee Easter officiating.

David was born on May 29, 1943 in Forsyth County to Foy David Grubb and Ruby Baugess Grubb.  He retired from Frank iX and Son and later Linwood Dixie Furniture and was a member of Linwood United Methodist Church.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Arnold Grubb.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Louise Fitzgerald Grubb, of the home; daughters, Donna Sink (Terry) of Lexington and Mitzi Tester (Kevin) of Linwood; brother, Foy Grubb of Lexington; special nephew, Greg Grubb of Lexington; and one very special granddaughter, Alicen Tester.
