David Craig Libby

David Craig Libby, born on November 17, 1962, in Fort Wainwright, Alaska, peacefully passed away on August 27, 2023, at Thomasville Medical Center in Davidson County. He was the beloved son of Joseph Alexander Libby Jr and Marie Ellen Foulks Libby.

David was a dedicated member of Heavens Gates Full Gospel Church, where he served in the music ministry alongside his wife. He had a passion for playing the guitar and nurturing beautiful gardens. David proudly served his country as a veteran of the US Navy.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Brenda Carol Hill Libby, and his sisters Denise Brindle (Wayne) and Diane Libby. He will be fondly remembered by his nephews Patrick, Matthew, Alex, and Jacob Brindle, as well as his nieces Rachel and Rebecca Brindle. David also leaves behind his four adored feline companions, Loki, Merlin, Jenny Bug, and Pumpkin.

A funeral service to honor David's life will be held at Madison Heights Freewill Baptist Church, officiated by Pastors David Robinson and Kenneth Norman, on Thursday, August 31 at 11:00 AM.
