Paul David Link, Sr., age 80 of Arcadia Drive, Lexington passed away Friday morning at the Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston Salem.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. William B. Shrout, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Sunday night.
David was born in Davidson County, September 27, 1933 to Charles Walter and Jeanie Mae Potts Link. He was retired plant manager of Carolina Panel Company, member of Second Reformed United Church of Christ, member of the Ike Young Class and had served as an usher and former Elder of the Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lucille Weavil Link in 2011; sisters, Nellie Cope, Hilda Lovell, Madeline Snider and Margaret Michael; brothers, Charles Edward Link and Henry Link.
He is survived by two sons, David Link, Jr. of Linwood and Bobby Franklin Link of Randleman granddaughters, Dianna Phillips and Kimberly Michelle Link; great-granddaughter, Chyanne Craver, great-grandson, Hunter Aldridge.
