David Lee Lutz

David Lee Lutz, 64, of Broadway Road in Lexington N.C., died Sunday January 20, 2019 at Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury.

A memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Steve Gilmer officiating services.

The family will receive friend from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home.

Mr. Lutz was born August 3, 1954 in Hickory North Carolina to Marvin Lutz and Corrina Wright Lutz Garrison. He was a United States Army Veteran and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jeffrey.

Surviving are his wife, Amy Lutz of the home; two daughters, Donna and Karen; one brother, Tony Lutz of Hickory, one sister, Kathy Maynard and husband Terry of Hickory, and several grandchildren.
