David Lee Mcferrin

David Lee McFerrin 54 passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. A celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM at Center Grove Baptist Church on Saturday, March 12, 2016 with Pastor Steve Corts officiating. David was born in Norfolk, VA on May 19, 1961 to Marion Napoleon McFerrin and Mattie Rae Crickman McFerrin. He was a carpenter and was preceded in death by his father. Surviving are wife Pamela Arrington McFerrin of Bracey, VA; his mother, Mattie R. McFerrin; a son, Justin Lee McFerrin (Natalie) of VA Beach; four brothers, Stephen McFerrin (Michael) of Franklin, VA, Daniel McFerrin (Brenda) of Landrum, SC, Mark McFerrin (Marsha) of Greensboro, Dwayne McFerrin (Amy) of Winston-Salem; two sisters, Debrah Padgett (Bill) of Cleveland, GA, Marion Gay Staten (Jim) of Winston-Salem; one grandchild, Samantha McFerrin along with numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Wake Forest Baptist ALS Center, Medical Plaza Miller, 131 Miller Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27157. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
