David Preston Thompson

David Preston Thompson, 28, of Avalon Drive, died Saturday, Feb. 25. 2006, at his home. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lexington City Cemetery by the Rev. Henry Thompson. Mr. Thompson was born in Davidson County Jan. 25, 1978, to William Johnson "Buddy" Thompson and Brenda Lowery Thompson. He was employed with Michael Masonry. Surviving are his mother of Lexington; his father of Churchland; two brothers, Bobby Stewart Thompson and William Scott Thompson, both of Lexington; and one sister, Melissa Herrell of Fall Branch, Tenn. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Monday at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, and at other times at the home.
