David Lee Sebastian

David Lee Sebastian 66 passed away at his home Tuesday, June 21, 2016. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. David was born in Forsyth County on June 10, 1950 to Archie Evans Sebastian and Allene Mays Sebastian Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents and retired from R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. Surviving is his son Chad Matthew Sebastian of the home and his former wife, Kathie Bovender Sebastian; a brother, Dane Evans Sebastian (Joan) of Clemmons; his granddog, Molly that he loved dearly. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
