David Veamon Wilson, 62, of Stratford Road, Lexington, died suddenly Saturday, February 12 at High Point Regional Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 17, at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. James Messer. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 16 at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home.
David was born November 29, 1948 in Whiteville, NC to Herbert Veamon Wilson and Ruth Mae Walton Wilson. He was owner and operator of National Auto Sales and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Ronda Lanier Wilson of the home; three sons, Mitchell Wilson of Lexington, Michael Wilson of the home and Marcus Wilson and wife, Stephanie, of Lexington; his mother, Ruth Mae Walton Wilson of Lexington; brother, Tracy Wilson of Lexington; sisters, Edith Edwards, and Frances Lanier, both of Trinity, Jo Ann Walser and Margie Dotson, both of Lexington and Patsy Swicegood of West End; three grandchildren; Christian Burris, Hayden Wilson and Lenna Wilson.
