Dawn Kay Blackburn

Dawn Kay Blackburn age 44 of Frye Bridge Road, died Thursday night in Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born March 12, 1965 to Rev. Grady and Mary Walser Blackburn. Dawn was of the Baptist faith. Graveside service will be held Monday at 11:00Am at Parklawn Memorial Park, conducted by her father and Mr. Dean Thomason. She is survived by her parents of Winston Salem, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be Monday one hour prior to the service at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel and other times the family will be at the parents home 3616 Konnoak Drive, Winston Salem, N.C..
