Dean Lee Brooks

Dean Lee Brooks, age 56 of Fritts Road, Lexington passed away Sunday morning April 3, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem. A graveside service will be held 4:00 pm Friday, April 8, 2016 at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Duncan Davis officiating. Burial will follow. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 5:00 until 7:00 pm Thursday night. Dean was born in Davidson County, NC to Byron Lee Brooks and Mary Lorene Thompson Brooks. He was an automobile mechanic with Brooks Auto Repair on Yadkin College Road. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his brother, William “Bill” Brooks of Lexington; nephew, William Bentley Brooks (Becky) of Lexington; great nieces, Lilly and Emma Brooks; special friend and caregiver, Tina Garrett and also a thank you to Kim Fowler for her support.
