Willie Biesecker, 53, of Helmstetler Road, died Thursday, May 5, 2011, at Forsyth Medical Center, following a two and a half year illness.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2011, at Lexington Church of God, where he was a member, with the Rev. Kelly Frady officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the service and other times at the home.
Mr. Biesecker was born August 25, 1957, in Davidson County to Willie June Biesecker and Geraldine Katen Biesecker. He was an auto body repair technician at Penske Trucking Corp. His mother preceded him in death.
Surviving are his wife, Susan Sink Biesecker of the home; son, Brandon Dean Biesecker and wife, Jenny, of Lexington; daughter, Cortney Biesecker and fiancé Melvin Clark; grandchildren, Ethan Dean Biesecker, Ezra Dylan Biesecker, and Elyza Dae Biesecker; his father, Willie June Biesecker of Lexington; brother, Chris Biesecker of Lexington; and sisters, Treva Biesecker Myers and Debra Biesecker Robbins and husband, Jeff, all of Lexington.
