Deborah Carter

Deborah Lynn Grobosky Carter, 68, of Lexington passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Lexington Medical Center.

No formal services will be held.

Mrs. Carter was born in Welch, WV on February 19, 1953, to Tony and Virginia Grobosky. She was a loving mother, and grandmother whose memory will be forever cherished. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Edward Carter, Sr.; a son, Donald Carter, Jr.; and a grandson, Tony Ratliff.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Lisa Ratliff (David), Donna Hunt (Brett), Tina White, Ginger Lail, Alexis Carter, and Levi Carter; her grandchildren, Scott White, David Ratliff, Jr., Brett Hunt, Jr., Julie Hunt, Cassidy Lail, Jerry McKeehan, and Bobby White; and numerous great-grandchildren.
