Deborah Riggsbee Boger

Deborah “Debbie” Ray Riggsbee Boger passed away October 30, 2025, in Lexington, North Carolina.

Debbie was born on March 5, 1953, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina to Raymond and Eva May Parker Riggsbee. She was one of four children and graduated from Chapel Hill High School in 1972. She worked for various health care organizations before eventually becoming a self-employed caretaker.

Throughout her life, Debbie found joy in keeping up with and checking in on her friends and family. Playing solitaire was a favorite pastime.

Along with her mother and father, Debbie is preceded in death by her sister, Kay Penny and brother, Burke Riggsbee.

Debbie is survived by her son, Brent Boger and wife Peggy; granddaughters, Brooke and Natalie Boger; sister Janie Womble and husband Jimmy.
